Working space

The ENGAGE Working space allowed for data sharing of sequences of relevant bacterial cultures and thereby for sequence analysis and comparison. The infrastructure that was created is a cloud-based protected working space and is a part of the ENGAGE project and COMPARE consortium to upload and download sequence data for further analysis.

At the conclusion of the ENGAGE project, all genomes submitted to the ENGAGE Working Space have been released to the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) database and are thus publically available.
